SHIPPING POLICY

-The Free Shipping is for all purchases
-The shipping time is 5 to 10 business days
-Free shipping is only within United States territory, but does not include: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
-The orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed from the next business day.
-For Orders over $ 500 may be required your signature when receiving

RETURNS POLICY

Nutraceutic Labs can accept returns of products purchased online and in accordance with the terms below:

-Refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information and product(s).

-For all product returns, the original packing slip is required for to be considered for reimbursement. Please note that we may not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.

-The shipping costs for the returns will be of the client, except for a defect of the product, in that case, there will be no charge for the return, please contact costumerservice@nutraceuticlabs.com

-Product reimbursement requests will only be considered if the respective packaging is unopened and unused, items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund.

-To be considered for a refund, Nutraceutic Labs must receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

-Nutraceutic Labs is not responsible fot lost or stolen merchandaise.
